Purpose... To Get Yo Sh!t Together!
This page is really a daily reminder to myself... To keep my shit together! It's all good.. I got this!
We've all been there... Feeling overwhelmed by every day life tasks and situations. Remember this: Every day is a NEW day. It’s a NEW beginning. Just breath into the NOW.
So what you didn’t get to work out yesterday. Or you didn’t get to clean up after the kids before crashing to bed. Or you ate the kids’ leftover Mac and cheese for dinner.
Focus on what you DID do. You went to sleep at a reasonable time. You drank your 80oz of water before enjoying 2 glasses of wine. You drank a green smoothie before you ate the scraps of mac and cheese your kids left behind.
You took that 2 minute long walk on your way back from the bathroom (each time) before going back to your desk.
When focusing on the GOOD and what you DID do triggers more positive thoughts and positive outcomes both physically and mentally. It’s a ripple effect.
Always remember. Today is a NEW day. Take each moment in stride.
