Day 3 - Make at least 1 meal a day be exclusively whole foods. It’s not that difficult people! You can do it!
Make a smoothie, eat oatmeal and add nuts and berries, if you eat meat, eat chicken and rice and a veggie. Just make sure none of it comes in a box or bag that shows ingredients other than the single food you are eating!
Take my example above. It’s whole rolled oats, added cinnamon, ginger, cashews, almonds, dates, and spinach - here is a way to sneak in a green too!!! You cant taste the spinach and you’re adding a green too!
