On the 7th day of cleansing, Mary gave to me....!!!! Eat something GREEN today!!

Cook it, blend it, juice it, whatever... dark leafy greens (kale, beet greens, collards, lettuces, spinach, bok choy... and so many more...) are some of the most cleansing foods out there. When consumed, imagine them taking toxins and free radicals with them as they pass through, cleansing you from the inside out.

There are so many benefits of greens. Make them a part of your daily diet!!!
