This smoothie-juice was inspired by my girl doing a juice cleanse.. I was sure it would get the digestive fire going inside, plus, it includes all of that fiber from the original product! Whereas juicing, removed the fiber.
2 cups water
1T raw honey
1inch nub of fresh ginger (or use teaspoon of powder ginger)
1T raw apple cider vinegar
1-2 handfuls baby spinach
1 slice of lemon
Dash of cayenne pepper to taste!
