This smoothie was surprisingly GOOD!!
Makes up to 2 servings:
1/2 cup organic unfiltered apple juice (I use Whole Foods 365 brand)
1 - 1.5 cups water
4 cups baby spinach
1/2 avocado
4 Tbsp fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup green grapes
3/4 cup wild frozen blueberries
slice of lemon (to detox my liver!!)
