I buy lots of fruits and vegetables so when I get through almost a week without using them, I need to use them up before going bad! So what better... throw them in a smoothie 👌🏻.
Makes 2 servings:
2c coconut water
1/2 peeled cucumber
1 clementine
2 stalks celery with leaves.
1c pineapple
1 banana
2 large handfuls of spinach, kale, romaine or any other green... even mixed green salad!
Blend all in a Vitamix until smooth.
