A Little Cleansing Action!
After the holiday this past weekend, l couldn't help to eat, drink and be Mary!! So this next week is important to start cleaning out my system! Here's a great cleansing smoothie for you!
1/2 banana
6-10 basil leaves
Small handful of parsley (I used Italian but prefer the crisp taste of Curley)
1 slice Lemmon (or 1/4 of a whole lemon)
2 drops liquid stevia (I didn't use but if you need that extra sweetness, use this)
1 cup kale
1 cup spinach
