Here's/Cheers to a very happy and healthy 2017!
Today's Smoothie is one on my favs. Adding a different kind of "milk".
Makes 2 servings
2 cups Vanilla coconut milk (I used Trader Joe's brand). It's not too sweet and full of sugar!
2-4 handfuls of baby spinach
2 Tablespoons almond butter
1/4 cup of steel cut oats (soaked overnight in water, then drained before adding to smoothie)
1 frozen banana.
Blend all in the Vitamix or other powerful blender!
