1 cup filtered water.
2 celery stalks
1-1.5 cup pineapple
1/4 Lemon
handful of curly parsely.
1-2 cups of kale or spinach. Here I used lacinto (aka Tuscan) kale and the regular (not sure what exactly it’s called!) kale.
1T wheat grass powder
Blend all in a Vitamix or other high powered blender.
