Cleanse me!!!! I was feeling under the weather. I’ve been neglecting my green smoothies for quite some time. Today is a new day and I’m making a promise to myself to have one daily especially through the hustle and bustle of the holiday (and germy) season to keep my immune system up to its best!!!

1 cup filtered water.
2 celery stalks
1-1.5 cup pineapple
1/4 Lemon
handful of curly parsely.
1-2 cups of kale or spinach. Here I used lacinto (aka Tuscan) kale and the regular (not sure what exactly it’s called!) kale.
​1T wheat grass powder

Blend all in a Vitamix or other high powered blender.
